Sale service:

After-sale service:

1. The warranty period of all our products is 18 months. The product shall be repaired or replaced free of charge within three months from the date of sale, repaired free of charge within 18 months, maintained for life.

2. Daily maintenance training can be provided for users' personnel.

3. After the goods are delivered to the user, commissioning and opening services can be provided according to the project conditions to ensure the normal operation of the equipment on schedule.

4. Telephone return visit and irregular on-site return visit will be implemented to timely understand the equipment operation and solve problems for customers.
